DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY My car has been in their service department for six months and I still don't have it back. First I was told it would not be fixed by Jerry Alexatos the used sales "manager", then that it would be fixed but I had to pay for it despite these being issues the car was sold to me with, then that I didn't know what I was talking about in terms of what was wrong with it, then that while it was in service they would not and did not offer rentals only to find out months later that they actually do provide them but apparently just not to me for some reason?So, I paid for my own rental for two months only to then finally be given a rental after threatening to sue and told I would be reimbursed for the costs and so the receipts were submitted by Carol in the service department to Laura Diaz (the head of the finance department) and now I have not heard back in two months about said reimbursement and she will not take my calls. I have called over ten times and left messages. When is enough, enough? The inter-department communication is abysmal at best. The client care and follow up is non-existent. This has been a truly horrible experience. I just want my car and my money back. I have no issue with the service department, they are the only ones who display any sort of car for the client. I do have and issue with the "heads" of the other departments and their clear disregard for clients who are not actively contributing to their monthly sales goals as that's clearly all they care about.

This is my second vehicle I purchased through this dealership and each visit from oil changes to purchasing a car were positive experiences. Every person I came in contact with was very nice and respectful. I did not feel rushed or pressured into anything and my needs were met. My most recent visit was with Vinny R. I purchased a 2024 Santa Fe and he made it happen with flying colors. My experience with Vinny was by far the most flawless experience when purchasing a vehicle. He was very attentive and made sure I got the best deal. I will for sure make sure I see Vinny whenever I come back to this dealership.

This is one of the disappointing purchase o ever made. I was nothing but nice the entire time. I never raised my voice and I always remained understanding. I purchased a 2022 Hyundai palisade from Vinny. If I am being honest, his numbers mattered more to him than his actual customer service. I can understand it’s how they make their money, but if I were him I would care more about hopefully having a return customer than the numbers. For sure they were not trying to move off of the price. But what else can you expect from a car dealership. My problem is and continues to be the aftermath we of a purchase. First of all I needed brand new seatbelts, which they took care of but it took 2 -1/2 -3 weeks after the fact. It was like the previous owner literally chewed the entire two sets of seatbelts. My registration took over 4 weeks to obtain. But see my problem is that EVERY time I called it seemed as if I was the problem. And I called possible 1-2 times a week. How am I the bad guy? If I walked in, you could tell I’m not the person he wanted to see. The car I purchased only had 23000 miles, I mean how much drama was I really expecting? Now the wireless charging does not work, he took a look at it and said he would help me schedule an appointment….. NEVER happened. I just did everything myself. This dealership is not one I would ever return too. I was warned not to go there because this dealership is shady. I really tried to give them a shot and make my own judgement. I promise I will never return, nor my family or friends. I’m highly highly disappointed.
